On 2nd March 2024, the Mahila Imdad Committee organized a highly anticipated cricket match between the Divyangs (Deaf and Dumb) from Asha Deep Rehabilitation Centre and the children of Littera Public School at "Urja Maidan." And what a match it was! The special children proudly expressed in sign language: "Our special ability is our strength." They triumphed over the regular school children with an impressive 49-run victory. You had to be there to witness their skill—how they swung the ball with such precision. People were joking, “What do they eat? Where does all this strength come from?” All they need is a pat on the back, along with our love and care. They truly can do it all!
